The East Bankhead Highway Utility Extensions Phase 2 project expanded the City of Willow Park's potable water and sanitary sewer infrastructure to support future development and improve the reliability of municipal utility services. The work included installing new HDPE water mains and PVC gravity sewer lines, along with bored crossings, steel encasements, gate valves, fire hydrants, sanitary manholes, connections to existing utility systems, and all associated appurtenances required for a complete utility network.
