The Lift Station No. 2 Improvements – Phase 1 Project involved the construction and installation of a new wastewater lift station and the expansion of the force main system to modernize the City of Leander’s sanitary sewer network. The work included open-cut and bored pipeline installations, earthwork and site grading, reinforced concrete structures, manholes, and PVC and ductile iron piping. The project integrated high-capacity pumps, an emergency generator, automated control panels, and an activated carbon odor control system. Additional work comprised pavement restoration, erosion control, revegetation, and trench safety compliance, meeting TCEQ and city design standards.
