Description:
The San Antonio Street Rehabilitation Project for New Braunfels Utilities involved the complete reconstruction of underground water and sanitary sewer systems, as well as the restoration of roadways and surface infrastructure along San Antonio Street.
The work included installation of 12”, 10”, 8”, and 6” PVC and ductile iron water mains, gate valves, fire hydrants, and service reconnections, along with 12” and 15” PVC sanitary sewer mains, watertight and vented manholes, and service laterals with cleanouts. Existing utility lines were removed or abandoned, and the project incorporated asphalt and concrete pavement replacement, pavement striping, trench safety, and erosion control.
