This project involved the construction of public infrastructure for Great Hills Subdivision Section 6 in Texas, developed for Aus-Tex Parts & Service, Ltd. and engineered by Travis Associates. The total contract value was $2,012,166.71, with work commencing on May 23, 2016, and a revised final completion date of November 17, 2016.

The scope of work included site clearing, grading, drainage channel construction, culvert installation, detention pond excavation, sanitary sewer systems, potable water mains, and erosion control measures.
