The Road Bond Improvements Phase III Project for the City of McGregor involved the relocation and reconstruction of underground water and wastewater utilities to accommodate roadway expansion and infrastructure upgrades.
The work included the installation of 6”, 8”, and 12” PVC water mains, gate valves, fire hydrants, and service connections, as well as 6” and 8” PVC sanitary sewer lines and fiberglass manholes. The project also required jack and bore steel encasements, concrete encasements, curb and gutter replacement, asphalt pavement restoration, and erosion control implementation.
This project modernized McGregor’s underground utility systems, improving service reliability and preparing the area for future roadway and urban development.
