The SH 138 Waterline Improvements Project for the Chisholm Trail Special Utility District consisted of the installation of a new 12-inch PVC water transmission line to enhance water capacity and service reliability along State Highway 138.
The work included the construction of 14,734 linear feet of PVC C900 DR-18 waterline, 24-inch steel encasement pipes installed by boring, and multiple service connections and meter reconnections. Additional improvements featured fire hydrant and air release valve installations, erosion control and revegetation, traffic control plan implementation, and tree protection fencing.
