The Water and Sewer System Improvements Project for the City of Tye involved the construction of new underground water distribution and wastewater collection systems to expand and modernize city utilities.
The work included the installation of PVC and HDPE water mains ranging from ¾” to 10”, gate valves, fire hydrants, service connections, and steel encasements installed by boring. Sanitary sewer work included 6” to 10” PVC sewer mains, fiberglass manholes, and service risers. Surface restoration consisted of asphalt, concrete, and base repairs, along with trench safety, erosion control, and site cleanup.
